Thank you for inquiring about repair services through FPA. Below you can learn about Jons repair process from pickup to drop off.
Gear Repair Process Summary:
1. Schedule Drop-Off Contact Jon Sosa to arrange a drop-off date or arrange shipping.
2. Pay Diagnostic/Bench Fee An initial fee of $160 covers labor for diagnosing the issue. If it’s a simple fix, this may cover the entire repair. If shipping a link will be sent to you for payment.
3. Get Placed in Repair Queue Upon arrival your gear will be placed in the queue for repair.
4. Receive and Approve Repair Quote Jon will provide an official quote for additional labor and parts after diagnosing the issue. Work will commence only after you approve the quote.
5. Pickup and Pay Final Quote Collect your gear and settle the final bill. If shipping, return shipping costs will be added to final quote and must be paid before return shipping is commenced.


Drop-Off and Pickup Options
- Scheduled Drop Off Or Pickup:
- Contact Jon Sosa for a scheduled drop off or pick up at his office – currently working out of his home in Down Town Long Beach
- Scheduled Pickup or Drop Off by Jon of Fix Pro Audio:
- $50 fee for scheduled pickup or drop off

- Free Monthly Pickup/Drop off Day – Jon will come to you!:
- Wait for the monthly pickup/drop off day for no-cost delivery.

- Must let Jon know that you are interested on getting on his pickup/drop-off list
- Shipping for repairs:
- Jon will provide his address for shipping and include return shipping costs in the final quote.
Bench/Diagnostic Fee Payment
- Initial Fee: $160
This covers the labor for diagnosing the issue and must be paid at drop off or before delivery. For simple fixes, this may cover the entire repair cost.
Quote Process
- Official Quote:
After diagnosing the issue, Jon will provide an official quote for the remaining labor and parts. No work will begin until you approve this quote.
What If Jon Can’t Diagnose the Issue?
- Refund Policy:
If Jon is unable to determine the problem, your bench fee will be refunded in full, and you can pick up your gear. If gear was shipped the bench fee will go towards return shipping and the remaining will be refunded.
